First One!

I have left my first Angels Sprinkle Love note today. I wrote out something encouraging and was going to place it on a car windshield, when I just put it on another. I feel like that person needed it more. I don't know if anyone will actually see this blog listed on it and log on. I am hoping they do and let me know how they felt when they received it. I don't know how this is all going to work out, but it makes me feel good and special.

Almost Time

Well it is almost time to start my project. I have my cards at the printer and will pick them up on Monday February 23,2009. I can't wait to see how they are going to look. Once I get started I am going to start this blog rolling and hope to have new people reading it.

What is Angels Sprinkle Love?

I am sure everyone is wondering what is this all about. I have to say that it is one of my dreams that I am putting into action in 2009. It has evolved over time and has ended up as a blog. At least part of it. This is mostly my journal, but it is where I can share with friends and friends can share with me about our day.

I am divorced for 12 years now and live alone. My kids were grown when this happened, so I have had to fill my days with other things than family responsibilities. You can read all about me in my profile, but my point here is explaining what this blog is about. I have a Hugh capacity for love and forgiveness. The forgiveness I learned, the love I have always had, it just got misplaced for a number of years.

There have been many times when out shopping or at school or at work, literally anywhere there are automobiles that I get a feeling in my soul to do something nice for someone. Now I don't , let me repeat don't have extra money. But I can give encouragement and feelings and love to anyone. There are many times that I would see a car that just invited me to leave a message behind the wiper. They other day it was because it was parked in the handicapped and had Vietnam veteran bumper stickers on it. I started digging, and digging and digging in my purse for something to write on. I finally tore a piece from the corner of an envelope that I had in my purse. I scribbled on it something to the effect Thank you for your service to our country. God Bless You.

I have decided to finally make it easy for me to do this whenever I want to and not have to dig for something to write on. I am making cards or scratch pads, or note cards, I haven't decided which yet , with something positive on it and room for me to write a short thank you , encouragements, blessing or whatever I want to this person. It will be thick enough to put under the wiper and not fall off or not be noticed. I am going to put this blog spot on it in case that person would like to get in touch with me and let me know if it came at a critical time in their life. I have a feeling that when this nudge comes on me for a particular vehicle there is a reason for it.

So , join me and let's see what God can do. I am sure that it will be a wonderful journey. Also, please feel free to leave any comments you have. I will adding things to this blog and pictures etc. Hmm, I wonder if it would be appropriate to add pictures of the vehicles that I do this to.Hmm? What do you think? Let me know your opinions!

Thanks for dropping by and hope to see you again soon.
